Pittsburgh Gives on October 13… and so should you!
One week from tomorrow, on October 13th, we each have an opportunity to make our gifts to Bidwell Training Center go even further by participating in Pittsburgh Gives' Day of Giving. On that day, from midnight to midnight, The Pittsburgh Foundation will match a portion of each gift made on their site. Individuals and corporations can both take part. This year, to ensure that everyone who wants to make a donation can benefit through their participation, The Pittsburgh Foundation has increased the pool of matching funds from $300,000 to $500,000 and will prorate their match so that every gift counts! Additionally, The Pittsburgh Foundation has secured lower credit card fees - down from 5% to only 1.8% - making your gift go even further.
