What are Academic and Support Services*?
Is your lack of a high school diploma or General Education Development® (GED) scores holding you back in life? Do you need to improve your reading, math or vocabulary skills for entry into post-secondary education?
If so, let our Academic and Support Services help you build a brighter, more successful future. We will help you obtain the skills needed for basic literacy instruction, to pass the GED Tests®, and to prepare for career training, or post-secondary education. We provide classes and support services to all adults 18-years-old and older.
We offer:
- Small classes or one-on-one
- Morning or afternoon classes for GED® preparation.
- Morning refresher classes in reading, vocabulary, and math
- Convenient times that allow you to work
- Distance learning classes for both GED® and refresher adults who cannot attend scheduled classes on a regular basis
- Tutor training classes

Where do I start?
Applying is easy:
- Attending our orientation session at 9:00 a.m. on Monday or Thursday.
- Schedule a time to take the placement test, either Tuesday or Friday at 9 a.m.
- Ask the Student Coordinator when you can begin classes
